Where Our Data Comes From

Song titles, artist names, durations and thumbnails come from the public metadata of the source platform. We do not alter, re-encode or re-upload any file; conversion to MP3 or MP4 happens on request and the result is delivered directly to the user's device. Chart and trend data is built from anonymous, aggregated search statistics on Tubidy itself. Every guide on this site is written by the Tubidy Editorial Team, checked against the current interface before publishing, and carries a visible "Last updated" date.

How We Handle DMCA and Takedown Requests

Rights holders can request removal of any indexed item through our DMCA page or by emailing [email protected]. Valid notices that identify the work, the URL and the claimant are processed within 48 hours; the item is removed from our index and cannot be returned by search. Repeat sources are excluded from indexing. Our Disclaimer and Terms of Service explain user responsibilities under South African copyright law.
